Acceptable Use Policy

01Why this policy exists

AdGuardians gives advertisers stable infrastructure. That only works if every client advertises honestly and within the rules. This policy protects our clients, our partners, the platforms and the people who see your ads. It applies to everyone who uses our services, together with our Terms of Service.

02Verification before going live

Every client is verified before any account goes live. You give us truthful information about your business, your website and the products you advertise. Using someone else's identity, borrowed business details or edited documents is not allowed.

03Products we do not allow

You may not advertise anything the platform you run on prohibits. Depending on the platform, this includes:

• Illegal products and services, drugs and drug paraphernalia.
• Weapons, ammunition and explosives.
• Tobacco and vaping products.
• Counterfeit or replica goods.
• Unapproved supplements, medicines and medical claims.
• Adult content and services.
• Get-rich-quick schemes and unregulated financial or crypto offers.
• Spyware and surveillance tools.

Restricted categories, such as alcohol, dating, gambling and some health or financial products, are only allowed where the platform permits them and with the authorisation it requires.

04Practices we do not allow

• Misleading or false claims, including unrealistic health or income claims, fake reviews, fake scarcity and fake endorsements.
• Cloaking: showing reviewers different content than the people who click your ads.
• Getting around platform enforcement, including creating accounts to escape a restriction.
• Infringing trademarks, copyrights or other rights.
• Phishing, malware or collecting personal data without consent.
• Discriminatory targeting or content.
• Giving account access to anyone who has not been verified by us.

05Landing pages

Your landing pages match your ads and show who you are: clear business details, working contact information, a privacy policy, and clear prices and terms where you sell something.

06How we enforce this policy

We may review your ads and landing pages at any time, decline a launch, pause campaigns or accounts, and end our services when this policy is broken. Where the law or a platform requires it, we report violations.
