02What we collect

• Contact details you send us through the contact or partner form, email or WhatsApp: name, company, email address, phone number and your message.
• Account details when you sign up in the dashboard: name, company name, email address, country and a securely stored password.
• Verification details we need before your accounts go live: your website or product, landing pages, Business Manager ID, preferred currency and any documents we ask for to confirm your business.
• Billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status, billing address and invoice details, never your full card number.
• Usage and support details, such as activity in the dashboard and your conversations with our team.
• Technical details in our server logs, such as IP address, browser and time of visit, used to keep our systems secure.

03How we use it

• To provide, operate and improve the dashboard and our services.
• To verify every client before going live, as part of our compliance first approach.
• To bill you, process top-ups and send invoices.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We send service messages about your account. We only send marketing emails if you opted in, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link.

04Legal bases

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as security and improving our services), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

05Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run AdGuardians, such as Stripe for payments, Intercom for support in the dashboard, and our hosting and email providers. They only process data on our instructions.
• Advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, Taboola and AppLovin) where this is needed to set up and manage your ad accounts. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they receive.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

06Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking pixels, analytics or advertising cookies. We only use storage that is strictly necessary for the site to work.

If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required, with non-essential cookies switched off by default.

07International transfers

AdGuardians LLC is based in the United States, and some of our service providers process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

08How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for the purpose we collected it for. After that we keep only what we must for legal, tax and accounting reasons, and delete or anonymise the rest.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent you gave earlier.

10Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers to protect your data. Card payments are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

11Children

Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we notify you by email or in the dashboard.
